Automatic filter press is a kind of intermittent pressure filter equipment, used for solid-liquid separation of various suspensions, separation effect is good, easy to use, suitable for large filtration industry, requiring high degree of automation or centralized control, filtering pressure about 0.6mpa filtration field. The whole machine adopts the integrated design and manufacture of machine, electricity and liquid, which can realize the process of automatic compaction, filtration, passing through, pressing, releasing and pulling plate, etc. It has the characteristics of high degree of automation, large production capacity, low liquid content in filter cake, high output per unit and small occupation area. Widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, dye, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, food, paper, coal washing, sewage treatment and other fields that need to be solid liquid separation.
The filter press is mainly composed of four parts, namely: rack part, filter part, hydraulic and electrical control part. Press filter, the oil cylinder piston rod push the pressure plate, will be located in the pressure plate and the thrust plate between the filter plate and filter medium (cloth) pressure, in order to make sure with working pressure of the filter material (slurry) in the indoor filter for pressure filtration. What are the characteristics of automatic filter press?
1. Auxiliary unloading of crank arm:
Due to the high viscosity of some materials, it is difficult for the filter cake to peel off automatically. The auxiliary unloading of the press cloth winding arm developed by our factory can make the press cloth tilt Angle can be changed to an inverted V shape during the operation of the press cloth. The crank arm is made of reinforced polypropylene, which is light in weight and corrosion resistant.
2. Automatic mud storage system:
After the filter press is finished, the filter cake can be unloaded to the supporting mud bucket for easy centralized shipment. The size of the mud bucket can be customized according to the filter type and customer requirements, the opening mode is divided into electric and pneumatic.
3. Automatic plate copying liquid:
During the filtration process of the filter press, due to the capillary leakage of the filter cloth and the dripping between the two adjacent filter plates, not only increases the water content of the mud in the bucket under the filter press, but also causes pollution to the environment, which brings great trouble to the production operation. The automatic plate reattachment system designed by our factory can collect the dripping liquid between adjacent filter plates to avoid inconvenience to production operation.
4. Automatic pull plate system:
Because the single filter plate of the large filter press is relatively heavy, it is not convenient for workers to unload the plate, and the workload is also large. The automatic pull plate system developed by our factory adopts hydraulic brake, roller chain drive, translation synchronization, roller chain pull manipulator. Pull board system by motor, hydraulic motor, car pull board, sprockets, chains, etc, under the control of the relay, motor drive the hydraulic motor, through the chain drive around pull board the car finish pull board, the board system adopts the intelligent control, both tensile plate when the action is slow, fast, slow, can improve the efficiency of the drawing board and protect the function of the filter plate. Pull plate speed can be controlled according to the proficiency of the operator. This system greatly improves the working cycle of the filter press and effectively reduces the labor intensity of workers.
