The functions of the diaphragm filter press are:
After the feeding process, the filter cake is pressed to improve the dehydration efficiency of the machine, increase the dryness of the filter cake, reduce pollution and reduce labor force. In some processes dryness can be avoided. If you increase the blowing operation before and after pressing, further reduce the filter cake moisture content.

Precautions for installation of diaphragm automatic filter press:
1. Firstly, the foundation of the diaphragm filter press shall be leveled before installation, and the levelness error of the base plane of each installation shall not exceed 2mm.
2. Install the oil cylinder support and level it with the pad. The upper plane of the two supports is on the same level.
3. Install tail plate. The stern plate is connected to the main beam by the stern plate (with the center hole of the wire rope).
4. Install the main beam stanchion. Assemble a main beam and oil cylinder, and fix the main beam and middle pillar with main beam splint.
5. Smooth the tailplate after installation, install another main beam and fix it with splint. The positioning bayonet of the two main beams and tailplate should be installed in place, leaving no gap.
6. Diaphragm alignment. The height difference between any two points on the two main beams shall be less than 3mm. The height of the main beam shall be adjusted by the main beam stanchion. The diagonal error of the two frames shall be less than 6mm, which can be achieved by adjusting the left and right positions of the tail plate.
7. Install the head plate. Hang the head plate on the two main beam rails, check the coaxiality between the spherical end cover and the piston rod, and the tolerance of coaxiality is 2mm. It can reach the coaxiality requirement by moving the spherical end cover up and down and left and right, and install the pressure plate to connect the head plate with the piston rod.
8. Install the track box bracket and the upper and lower track boxes.
9. Install the drive part. Including sprocket, chain, oil motor, hook box and so on. When connecting the chain and the hook box, the two hook boxes should be close to the positioning plate at the end of the track box, and the synchronization accuracy of the two hook boxes should be less than 4mm.
10. Lift the filter plate onto the main beam track, and position the handle on the same side.
11. Install the press cloth and press ring (press ring is not necessary for sewing the press cloth).
12. Adjust the height of the track box. The distance between the bottom surface of the filter plate handle and the bottom surface of the upper track box is.
