The filter press is mainly composed of four parts, namely: rack part, filter part, hydraulic and electrical control part. During the operation of the filter press, the piston in the cylinder block pushes the compactor plate to press the filter plate and filter medium (press cloth) between the compactor plate and thrust plate to ensure that the filtered material (slurry) with working pressure is pressurized and filtered in the filter chamber.
Frame part: the frame forms the foundation of the filter press, supporting the filter mechanism and connecting other parts. It mainly consists of thrust plate, pressing plate, pressing part and main beam.
Filtering part: it is composed of the filter plate arranged on the main beam in a certain order and the filter medium (filter cloth) sandwiched between the filter plate to form a filtration unit (filter chamber).
Hydraulic part: it is the power unit of the filter press, the main components are hydraulic station and cylinder.
Electrical part: it is the control center of the machine, through the control of the hydraulic station, so as to control the whole filter press.
